As a courtesy to our patients, we will contact your insurance company to obtain your benefits once you arrive at the office for your initial visit. We will determine your surgical deposit based on this information we receive from the insurance company. We ask that you pay this on the date of your surgery. Please keep in mind that this is only an estimate and not a guarantee of payment. We will file your insurance for you and any balance left on your account after your insurance company has issued payment is your responsibility and a statement will be mailed to you. In the event of an overpayment, we will promptly issue a refund to you of the amount due.
At your request, we will be happy to file a pretreatment estimate for your treatment. This may take several weeks to receive the estimate back from your insurance company.
We are in-network providers of many insurance companies including: Aetna, BlueCross/BlueShield, and Delta Dental.
